Hanke eesmärk on hankida Regionaalhaigla Grupile sideteenused järgnevaks neljaks aastaks, mis sisaldavad endas kõneteenuseid (nii lauatelefoni- kui mobiilside), Multi-SMS teenust, Digi-TV ja alusühendusi ning tehnilist lahendust kõnekeskuse teenuse osutamiseks.
