Originalus konkurso aprašymas

Vusteršyro grafystės taryba kviečia tiekėjus teikti pasiūlymus dėl atnaujinto, pakeičiančio DPS. Dabartinis DPS teikia CQC registruotas palaikomo gyvenimo paslaugas suaugusiems, turintiems įvairių socialinės priežiūros poreikių visoje grafystėje. Šios paslaugos apima paramą žmonių namuose bendruomenėje, pusiau nepriklausomo gyvenimo butuose, bendruose palaikomo gyvenimo namuose ir individualias paslaugas su 24/7 parama. Maždaug 740 žmonių gauna palaikomo gyvenimo paramą iš Tarybos, dauguma jų per dabartinį DPS (nuoroda WCC00001786). Dabartiniai DPS tiekėjai turės pateikti naujus pasiūlymus. DPS bus suskirstytas į tris dalis, o pareiškėjai galės teikti paraiškas bet kuriai kombinacijai:• 1 dalis – Palaikomas gyvenimas 1 ir 2 lygis (LD, MH, PD ir VA).• 2 dalis – Sudėtinga psichikos sveikata (LD, MH, PD ir VA).• 3 dalis – Tik psichikos sveikatos parama be asmeninės priežiūros.
