The University of South Wales requires a contractor to replace existing chilled water units. The chillers are located within a fenced compound on the ground floor to the rear of our Newport campus. Works to include removal of existing and supply and install new units within the compound, including all modifications to flow and return pipework, any flushing, and all works to the compound to allow removal of existing and installation of new. The tender also includes the replacement of the primary and secondary twin pump sets within the ground floor plantroom. Provision and installation of new chilled water sensor pockets.
