Our next phase, which is the focus of this tender, is for: • Maintaining and enhancing the quality of coaching delivered internally • Expanding specialist in-house coaching capability to support: - Cultural humility and DEI-aware practice - Understanding of neurodiversity and adaptation of coaching approaches - Systemic and organisational coaching capability - Coaching under conditions of complexity and change - Wellbeing- and resilience-informed coaching - Leadership Team coaching • Ensuring coaching provision reflects and supports our diverse workforce • Meeting the needs of our Senior Leadership Team through developing internal capacity and through selective engagement of external Executive Coaches
